Franklin Baker Company of the Philippines successfully transfers all production of desiccated coconut (granulated and special cuts) to its Davao manufacturing facility in Southern Philippines

The Franklin Baker® Company of the Philippines has successfully transferred and consolidated the production of desiccated coconut (granulated and special cuts) to its Davao facility. This move is in line with the full commissioning and operation of our latest manufacturing plant located within our company’s current site in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur Philippines.

This new plant is Kosher and Halal certified and has already received various accreditations and certifications including ISO 9001:2000, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), British Retail Consortium (BRC), EEC and NOP Organic Certification (ECOCERT) and GMA-SAFE/QMI-SAI Global.

In addition, Franklin Baker® is expected to have completely transferred the production of its processed and value-added coconut products within its current facility in Davao del Sur by the end of this year.
