Ingredients
Procedure: Heat milk. Blend eggs, sugar, milk, lime and Franklin Baker® coconut concentrate. Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth. For toppings, caramelize sugar and pour into the molder. Pour the mixture on top of the caramel. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place on steamer. Cook for 30 minutes. Cool then unmold upside down. Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
