Ingredients:
Procedure: Combine all dry ingredients and shift three times. Set aside. Combine margarine and shortening. Mix for 5 minutes then add egg and mix well. Add milk, Coconut Concentrate and water and mix for 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients and mix for 1 minute. Add Gem Medium. Divide mixture equally into muffin pan lined with paper cups. Sprinkle Toasted Coconut Shred on top. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
