Ingredients:
Procedure: Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Cook up to soft ball stage (234 degrees F). Remove from heat and add Gem® Macaroon and vanilla. Cool. Scoop one tablespoon of mixture and shape into ball. Dip in melted chocolate. Chill until firm. Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
