Ingredients:
Procedure: Combine milk, sugar, coconut concentrate, egg and salt in a saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Blend in the vanilla, toasted coconut flakes and pecans. Drop a teaspoon of mixture on trays lined with wax paper. Let cool for about an hour until firm. Wrap in candy wrappers. .Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
