Ingredients:
Procedure: Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, premix the flour, sugar, baking soda and cream of tartar. Blend in the butter until coarse consistency is achieved. Add the egg and just enough water so dough can be rolled. Add the coconut. Knead and roll out dough as thin as you can on a floured board. Cut about 1½ inch diameter circles using a cookie cutter. Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake 10 minutes or until done. .Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
