Chicken Thai Curry

Ingredients:
Procedure: Boil chicken with salt for 30 minutes then drain the broth and set it aside. Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Add chicken and fry until brown on all sides. Add red bell pepper then sprinkle with curry powder while stirring constantly. Add chicken broth and coconut concentrate. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve immidiately.
