Fried Chicken Nuggets
| Ingredients:
Chicken breast (cut approximately 1/4" x 1" x 1")
Procedure: Blend the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Dip chicken pieces in the seasoning mix, then dip in eggs and roll in Gem® Tender Flake. Fry chicken in low heat until golden brown. Serve hot. Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
