Vegetarian Burgers

Ingredients:
Procedure: Preblend the above seasoning mix ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add water and the seasoning mix. Blend in the onions and coconut. Drop teaspoonfuls to form the mini-burgers over hot oil in low fire. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with mustard or ketchup. Note: Suggested formulations and process procedures were tested only in the laboratory. The manufacturer/user should evaluate and verify its suitability in actual production. |
