BRCGS has set a quality assurance benchmark for nearly 25 years, recognized and accepted by top retailers, QSRs and manufacturers around the world, its certification considered as the gold standard for food safety and quality management systems. The week-long audit assessed the plant’s entire operations, evaluating hygiene and sanitation procedures, product traceability, recall systems, and everything in between, allowing the company to showcase its world-class control measures, quality of staff training programs, as well as its unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
